Great Job Becca, Connor and Jesee!! Glad you guys had a great opening!! J
The inclusion show is Thursday! As this is a first for some of you, please pay attention to the call schedule below (only some calls have changed) – Due to some of the patrons in attendance, we may have to do some of our preshow routine with an audience. For the remaining patrons that can wait, house will open at 6:55. The inclusion show is a shortened version of the show and it will be different than our normal version. We will be starting with Neverland (Opening of Act 2 dance) and ending with the I Gotta Crow Reprise scene. We are not doing any of the Darling nursery scenes. We will not be using any fog or any flashing lights. There will most likely be signers in front of the stage to interpret for the deaf. And the house lights will most likely be parked at 30% during the entire show. Please don't be alarmed if you hear noises coming from the audience, as well. While we are making all kinds of changes to our normal show, this will be the most appreciative audience you will EVER have. Please come out and talk to them when the show is over. Some of them don't get to experience live theatre other than our inclusions, so they really appreciate all of you!
From Dec 6-Dec 14, I will be in California visiting my new niece. I had this conflict when I was given this show to stage-manage. Jessie D, another SM here at the Palace, has been shadowing me to ensure that she calls the same show that I have called. She is fully capable and I am leaving you in good hands. Please treat her the same way you'd treat me. J I hate leaving you all for so long but seeing my new 1 month old niece for the first time is a good trade.
While I am gone, we have a couple promotional things happening! The morning of Dec 7, Georgetown is having its Christmas Stroll. Peter Pan has a truck and trailer for the parade. We'd like as many cast members as possible to attend in costume. The Palace will be open for costumes and makeup at about 8a. All going need to meet at Holly and 2nd street for lineup at about 9:20a.
The afternoon of Dec 7 is when the Domain has rescheduled their event. Peter Pan, the Lost Boys and Darling Children will be doing 2 numbers from the show at about 1pm. If you received an email about this event and have not responded, please let me know if you are/are not available so that we can compensate if necessary.
Lost boys – Thank you for toning down the ad libbing! Much better. However, you are all still covering up "Let's surprise him!" and that is cue line for the band. Please feel free to use the rehearsal stage when you are not on stage, however – I have been getting reports that some of you are not treating it with respect. There is another show's set on the rehearsal stage and you need to respect that set and the props that belong to it as well. Please don't touch the props and jump around on that set… our set was in there not too long ago and the show in production respected ours… think about that… Thank you!
Please don't put trash in the 5 gallon orange buckets. And please pay attention to when it is your turn to do trashes. Trash schedule is posted by the crew sign in right when you walk through the tin barn door. J
Thank you all for your attention through this long performance report. J

Crew:
Great Job!! Thank you!! Some of the scene changes were a bit rough today. Please review your tasks for each change and remember to do them with urgency. J
We need to set up the scene for Neverland opening when we get to the show on Thursday. No Nursery (yea!) Once the ship fight is over, we need to pull all of the ship "stuff" back as far as it can go for curtain call.
If any of you wanted to attend the parade and ride the float or walk and hand out brochures, please feel free! Wear blacks proudly so that they know you're a techie!! J
